"Pollyanna" is defined as irrepressibly optimistic. It reflects the idea of finding something to be glad about in every situation. Opening and operating a production brewery and taproom is a time consuming and calculated process that certainly requires plenty of optimism. We want to share with you our beer, our passion, and the optimistic approach that has led us to this point.
